01. Are you open to the public?

Yes, we are!

We are a retail plant nursery, open to the public during business hours, found here

02. Can you do wholesale/large orders?

Yes, we can!

Send us an enquiry via our contact us page here or email us with your project/requirements and we can work something out!

03. What is your return policy?

We do not accept change of mind returns. 

However, if you take your new plant home and something is not quite right, please get in contact with us within 3 days of your purchase. You can contact us at info@gippslandindoorplants.com.au and we will determine the best solution for you.

As mentioned, we are unable to accept returns based on a change of mind, so if you are unsure please ask us and we can help you select the right plants for your space.

05. Do you provide plant hire/maintenance?

Currently we don’t actively offer plant hire/maintenance.

However, reach out to us with your requirements and we’ll see what we can do to assist!

06. Where are you? I can't find your store!

Factory 3, 11 Pearse Street, Warragul, VIC 3820.

We are located in the set of factories next door to Honda, as shown in picture below:
